    How do you go about updating Maxi das DS 708, the updatse software says my account name/password although registered is incorrect??

    you can take your sd card out and put it in your laptop and do it through your icon on your desktop ds708 update that came with your scanner. it should have loaded from the disc you got with your scanner

    download the disc that came with scanner and click on icon. have the sd card in the pc before you open program. if you cant sign in then call tech support. the us #1-631-923-2620 thats the new york office
